Scott Hazelton

Scott Hazelton is a Consulting Director within the Global Intelligence & Analysis group of S&P Global Market Intelligence. He developed and is responsible for S&P Global MI’s Global Construction Outlook and the U.S. and State & Metropolitan forecasts. Scott also developed specific forecasting models for numerous construction equipment and building materials product lines for individual corporations and associations, including the American Rental Association.

With over 30 years of research experience in housing, construction, and industrial markets, Scott combines S&P MI history and forecast data with association, company, or other third-party data to drive actionable business insight. He frequently speaks at industry conferences, provides executive briefings, and regularly contributes to industry publications, including International Construction.
